We believe great ESL teaching is about more than simply speaking English — it’s about knowing how to explain, engage, correct and build a learner’s confidence.

Our training was created from years of real classroom experience in China, working with students, teachers and education teams across different learning environments.

Founded by Luke Johnson (斯远老师), an Australian educator with a background in Education from UTS and Chinese studies at Zhejiang University, our goal is simple: to help English speakers become more confident, capable and effective ESL teachers.

Instead of overwhelming you with theory, we focus on the practical skills you actually need — how to structure a lesson, communicate with English learners, teach vocabulary and grammar clearly, correct mistakes, keep students engaged and handle common classroom situations.
